Meditation has numerous benefits for our mind, body and spirit. Especially during this unprecedented time, connecting with our inner self to manage stress is highly beneficial for functioning well in our everyday lives.
Some benefits include: Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations; Building skills to manage your stress, increasing self-awareness, focusing on the present, reducing negative emotions, and increasing patience and tolerance.
To help facilitate your well being, we are currently offering 2 meditations per week:
- Tuesdays at 1pm
- Thursdays at 9pm.
