Community Recreation Program

Acclaim Health is proud to support five adult day programs across the Halton and Mississauga area. Our day programs provide older adults who are isolated, frail, and/or living with early to late stage dementia with meaningful activities to increase socialization, maintain past skills and interests and have some fun.
