Due to the winter weather we are prioritizing home nursing and personal support patients in greatest need of care. Some patients may experience delays and/or cancellations. We thank you for your patience and understanding as our intrepid staff navigate the difficult driving conditions. Our Nursing Clinics in Oakville, Burlington and Milton remain open.
