Art for Dementia Care
Help build Acclaim Health’s new dementia care centre and receive a beautiful watercolour print (shown below) of the Port Credit Yacht Club. The centre, scheduled to open in 2021, will be the gold standard for dementia care in the province and will help thousands of families. Make a donation of $100 or more and you will get a copy of the print as well as a tax receipt for the amount of the donation minus $10 (cost of the print).

Logistics
Once your donation is received, we will be in contact to arrange a porch drop off within Halton of the print. If you’re outside of Halton, we will have the print mailed to you.
