Aging Well at Home was created in collaboration with the Burlington Ontario Health Team (BOHT). It will feature presenters from Acclaim Health, BOHT, Ontario Health at Home, and Thrive Group

Parking Instructions:
There’s ample parking space by the front entrance of the Seniors Centre, the nearby arena, and the library — all of which are on the same campus. Street parking is also an option.
Find the Right Rooms:
Enter the Seniors Centre through the front entrance, head towards the customer service desk, turn right, and head towards the billiards tables. Nearby you’ll see Community Rooms 3 & 4, which is where the event will take place.
