Online Referral

When to refer:

  • Family member has received a life-limiting diagnosis
  • Parents/caregivers express worry or is reluctant to talk to kids about diagnosis
  • Child or youth is struggling to cope with family member’s illness
  • Child or youth who have experienced the death of a loved one
  • Parent/caregiver is seeking information about parenting through grief
