Caregiver Support Groups

All support groups will be held online until further notice in order to help promote social distancing and avoid gathering groups of people in a small space. Please contact your support group facilitator if you have any questions.

Support to help you care for your family member with dementia.

Meet other caregivers, share experiences, explore solutions to common challenges and find out about community resources – all in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Our support groups run all year round and give you an outlet for the ups and downs of caring for a person with dementia.
