Acclaim Health Accomplishments 2025-2026
Last year our PSWs made 504,662 PSW visits, which is the most ever in our history! This is one of many milestones celebrated at our Community Update last week.
We love a good excuse to dance, and here are some other milestones that got us moving:
- 153,499 nursing visits +8% over last year
- We provided more dementia care than ever
- Tech Cafes were expanded across Halton
