Some benefits include: Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations, building skills to manage your stress, increasing self-awareness, focusing on the present, reducing negative emotions, and increasing patience and tolerance.
Join us every Monday at 12:30 pm for an empowering and energizing 20-minute meditation. Use mantras and affirmations to power up your week both personally and professionally.
Sound bath meditations aim to guide you into a deep meditative state while you’re enveloped in ambient sound played by instructors using instruments such as crystal bowls.

Next Series: 2023
Dates: Jan 18, Jan 25, Feb 1, Feb 8, Feb 15 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm
The Self-Compassion Circle Series is a safe and dynamic space where like-minded people can find support, guidance and community, a place to gather and practice together. Self- Compassion involves acting the same way towards yourself when you are having a difficult time, fail, or notice something you don’t like about yourself. Instead of just ignoring your pain with a “stiff upper lip” mentality, you stop to tell yourself, “this is difficult right now,” how can I comfort and care for myself at this moment?
The Self-Compassion Circle Series is a set of 6 sessions guided by 2 Self-Compassion Facilitators. Ana Nunes-Freitas, Wellness Care Manager & Educator and Nina Page, Bereavement and Hospice Care Counsellor of Acclaim Health.
Next Series: 2023
Dates: April 3, April 10, April 17, April 24, May 1 and May 8 from 10:00am to 11:30am
