Join us for this important 3-part series on healthy lifestyle habits to prevent or delay diabetes.

You will learn practical tips and tools for better nutrition, reducing risk and preventing complications, and stress management and healthy coping skills.

July 8 – Healthy Eating: Understand the foundations of a balanced diet.; learn how to make smart, sustainable choices; decode nutrition facts and ingredients with confidence.

July 15 – Reducing Risk & Preventing Complications: Learn how diabetes affects your body, including blood sugar regulation, nerve health, and circulation; discover why foot care is critical for people with diabetes.

July 22 – Stress Management & Health Coping: Build stronger relationships and express yourself with confidence; recognize the signs of depression and feeling blue and learn how to seek support; discover simple methods to calm your mind and body.

*Note – This series takes place from 1:00 – 2:30pm on each date.
