Ordering supplies has moved to The Heart!
To order supplies, sign in to our new Staff Portal and fill out the Supplies Order Form.
How to Sign in:
- Open the ThoughtFarmer app
- Type in the URL: theheart.acclaimhealth.ca
- Enter your Acclaim Health email address (ie. [email protected])
- Select “Work or School account”
- Enter your password. This is the same password you use to sign into outlook
After you sign in, or if you’re already signed in, navigate to the “Order Supplies” button to put in your order. This can be found on the home page or in the “Staff Essentials” section.
